Final 'regular' meeting: June 2nd

This Tuesday meeting is our last regular meeting of the year: we will be at the hall, doing some 'catch-up', planning of our Family Potluck (next Tuesday) at Living Forest AND our Year End Camp which will be Jun 19/21 at Christine's

Jun 2nd Meeting...last regular meeting

Wow! What a hot day/evening! We had planned on spending much of the meeting outside, but it was too hot until about 8. All but K. were there (she had a ball game: needing to be in two places at once!) - and only H. and C. for Guiders (other two had conflicts). We talked to the girls about next week and the final camp, and then divided them into two groups to do Menu Planning and Activity Planning for the June Camp. We then talked about the June 9th meeting at Living Forest, and the girls planned some skits for entertainment. We had them come up with ideas of what they want their families to bring for the Potluck. The Unit will be providing beverages; families need to bring their eating stuff. We ended the night with same free play out in the playground, then Closing.
